These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Our Place governing your access to and use of the Our Place mobile application and website located at https://ourplace.community.

By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

1. Overview of the Service

Our Place is a community discovery platform that allows users to explore local places, events, and experiences, and to interact with content posted by users and participating businesses.

References to "Our Place," "we," or "us" refer to the operators of the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the services. By using Our Place, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4. Community Standards and Acceptable Use

Use of Our Place is subject to the following standards.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Post content that is discriminatory, hateful, or exclusionary toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, disability, or nationality
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or business
• Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the platform

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove businesses that violate these standards or otherwise compromise the safety, integrity, or values of the community.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, including photos, reviews, and posts.

By submitting content, you grant Our Place a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce such content in connection with operating and promoting the services.

We reserve the right to remove content at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable standards.

6. Businesses, Places, and Events

Businesses, venues, and events listed on Our Place are independent third parties. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, or availability of any place, event, or experience listed on the platform.

Your participation in events or visits to listed locations is at your own risk.

7. Payments and Purchases

Certain features may involve paid services.

In app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable platform's billing terms.

Ticketed events and other purchases may be processed through Stripe Connect. Our Place does not store full payment information.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable platform or payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design, and materials provided through the services are owned by Our Place or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the services without prior written permission.

9. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee that the services will be available at all times or without interruption. Features, functionality, or content may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable community standards.

You may stop using the services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Place disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
